Managing Director

Hung is the Managing Director of KMS Technology Vietnam where he is responsible for the operations and growth of the organization. He began his career with Paragon Solutions Vietnam (PSV), one of the top 5 Vietnamese outsourcing firms serving the US market. The company was later acquired by FCG and then CSC, a $15 billion global outsourcing provider. During his 7 year journey with PSV, he experienced working through several positions including Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and lastly Engineering Manager. He spent 2 years working in the United States, directly with PSV’s customers in which provided him the opportunity to experience real hand the value and challenges associated with a global delivery model.

Leaving PSV, he extended his outsourcing experience with the leading software testing outsourcing firm in Vietnam, LogiGear Test and Research Center where he deepened his testing and QA knowledge. Hung played a key role in the building the engineering service team to a 200+ people team.

Hung received a BS degree from Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, majored in Information Technology. He completed his Executive MBA Program at Shidler School of Business (University of Hawaii at Manoa). He has the passion for people and leadership development for Vietnamese market.
