CEO and Chairman

Vu Lam is the CEO and founder of KMS and owns the vision and global delivery operations for KMS. Vu has significant and diverse industry experience in the U.S. and international markets including Asia and Europe. Vu is an entrepreneur who has started and grown multiple technology ventures. He is recognized for bringing leadership, strategic focus and knowledge to complex business and technology initiatives in multiple industries for on-shore, off-shore software development, support and maintenance.

Vu co-founded Paragon Solutions, Inc., a US-based technology consulting company with international development centers in Bangalore, India and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His establishment and guidance of Paragon Solutions Vietnam (PSV) led to his recognition as a pioneer of the Vietnam IT industry. Following the acquisition of Paragon by First Consulting Group (FCG), a Nasdaq traded company, Vu led FCG's Global Shared-Services group and led the growth of the organization from 400 to 1,300+ resources. Vu is also currently a Board member of several IT startup companies.

Vu received Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelors of Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
