Industry Veteran to join company to run U.S. operations and business development.

Dublin, Calif and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam –– KMS Technology, a global company specializing in software product development outsourcing services, announced today the appointment of Josh Lieberman to the position of President. Lieberman will be responsible for the management of all U.S. business operations and global business development for KMS.

Lieberman brings nearly 20 years of experience with global technology consulting organizations to KMS. His experience includes working leadership roles for Andersen Worldwide, Paragon Solutions, FCG, and, most recently, CSC. Over the past 10 years, he played a leadership role in the sale of Paragon Solutions, a venture backed offshore software development company to FCG. While acting as President of this business unit within FCG, he also served as an Officer of FCG during the sale of FCG to CSC.
