In 8–16 weeks per facility, KMS and SAS deploy and integrate the worker safety solution, following best practices for deploying at scale while fine-tuning AI models for site-specific risks and operational workflows. Real-time dashboards, alerts, and reporting keep your team informed, while validated deployments create a repeatable blueprint for scaling safety across additional sites.
Traditional safety programs often rely on manual observation, inconsistent reporting, or siloed systems. Without real-time monitoring, AI-driven insights, and scalable workflows, gaps remain, incidents go unaddressed, and safety culture struggles to take hold.
KMS has partnered with SAS to develop Worker Safety, combining SAS’ advanced data analytics and AI with KMS Technology’s engineering and deployment expertise. Worker Safety continuously monitors worksites using AI-driven insights, computer vision, and historical data to identify risks and unsafe behaviors in real time.
At the heart of the solution is SAS Event Stream Processing (ESP) technology, which ingests streaming data from operations, transactions, sensors, IoT devices, and camera feeds. ESP leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to process both structured and unstructured data—including video, text, and images—enabling rapid detection of high-risk situations and timely safety interventions.
Once validated, KMS and SAS guide operational deployment. Typical rollout timelines per facility range from 8 to 16 weeks, depending on cameras, zones, architecture, model mix, and workflow integration.
With a full deployment per facility, KMS and SAS deliver a comprehensive worker safety solution that is:
