Da Nang – November 29, 2024 – KMS Technology, a leading global software services company with over 1,500 employees across the US, Vietnam, and Mexico, announces a $100,000 donation to Passerelle Numérique Vietnam (PNV), a French NGO dedicated to providing IT training for disadvantaged students in the Central provinces.

Giving back to the community has been a core philosophy of KMS since its inception, a value that resonates deeply with every employee. This partnership with PNV not only exemplifies KMS’s commitment to social responsibility but also reinforces its dedication to fostering a sustainable Vietnamese society.

Over the past six years, KMS and PNV have positively impacted nearly 400 disadvantaged students through various initiatives, including training programs, career guidance, scholarships, facility upgrades, internship opportunities, and full-time employment. The recent $100,000 donation was presented during the MOU signing ceremony for partnership activities planned for 2025, aimed at further empowering students and providing them with a solid foundation to confidently embrace the future.

According to PNV, over the past decade, the organization has supported more than 700 students, with 95% of graduates securing jobs that offer an average salary exceeding VND 21 million per month.

“KMS and PNV share a deep commitment to technology and education. We are proud to support PNV in its mission to uplift disadvantaged students over the past six years,” said Mr. Tran Trong Dai, Managing Director of KMS Technology. “Witnessing the incredible transformations in students’ lives has been profoundly rewarding, motivating us to continue our efforts to provide a brighter future and help break the cycle of poverty for these students and their families.”

As PNV prepares for an ambitious 2025, KMS’s financial support and technological expertise will equip students with the essential skills and tools they need to thrive in today’s competitive landscape.

“KMS Technology is not just a sponsor or partner; they are a dedicated ally in our mission to support disadvantaged students,” shared Ms. Dang Nguyen Uyen Phuong, Deputy Country Director of Passerelles Numériques Vietnam. “Through their generous contributions, KMS demonstrates not only trust but also a profound sense of responsibility towards the community. Looking ahead, we believe this partnership will strengthen, creating more opportunities and transforming the lives of many young people.”
