Opportunities for Vietnam Software Industry to Go Global

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – KMS Technology, a provider of offshore product development services, announced that Mr. Viet Hung Nguyen, Managing Director at KMS Technology delivered a talk named “KMS story and How Vietnam to export software outsourcing services or build software products to the world” on March 7, 2013 to the Indochina CIO group. In this talk, Mr. Nguyen presented the lessons learned from the journey to build a success story for KMS as a company. Through that, it revealed the opportunities for Vietnamese software companies to go global through either software outsourcing services or software product development. At the event, attendees were highly impressed with the growth of KMS as well as its ambition to build world-class software out from HCMC, Vietnam.

Based on our experiences, I suggest that software companies in Vietnam to assess their strengths and carefully select a suitable market to secure successes, once exporting software outsourcing services or software products out from Vietnam,” said Viet Hung Nguyen, KMS’ Managing Director.
