KMS Sponsors A Student Project At OLP 2010 Contest

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – KMS Technology, a global company specializing in software development outsourcing services, announced today it has signed the sponsorship agreement with BkitMobile – a student group focused on mobile technology at the HCMC University of Technology. BkitMobile is developing an e-Commerce system, SmartShop, that provides online customers a service to search, compare and select products from a variety of sources. The group will use SmartShop to attend the “Vietnam Free Open Source Software” contest within the Vietnam Olympia of Informatics 2010.

“We are proud to support BkitMobile to develop such an interesting e-Commerce system. We encourage similar activities from students which help them actively learn and develop knowledge and skills to better prepare before joining the technical workforce. Besides, such a contest can stimulate the young generation of IT students to come up with software ideas and products, which can be turned into successful products in the market,” said Viet Hung Nguyen, Managing Director of KMS.
