KMS Technology ranks 32nd in Top “100 Vietnam Best Places To Work”
KMS TECHNOLOGY’S DEVELOPMENT FOR EMPLOYEES RECOGNIZED BY ANPHABE SURVEY: NAMED TOP 100 VIETNAM BEST PLACES TO WORK.
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – KMS Technology, a provider of offshore product development and testing services, was recently named one of the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places To Work by Anphabe on March 22nd, 2017.
This is the second time KMS participated in this award program, and is honored to receive one of the most valuable recognitions of our Careers program in Vietnam. Both KMS’s internal and external data show a positive outlook, for the satisfaction of the employees, the public’s trust and the company’s long term future goals.
Key findings of the survey indicate that 78% of KMS employees would recommend working at KMS to their friends and relatives, which is a satisfactory and impactful movement of our long-term Career campaign.
The privileges of receiving this award would increase our reputation and introduce the KMS brand worldwide, especially among people working in the Technology industry.
Mr. Quoc-Hung Nguyen, HR Manager – Employee Relations & HRBP, stated that he truly believed “we should have fun at work”. He also added that the work itself “should be fun because most of the time we spend in this life is at work”. Mr. Quoc-Hung Nguyen also stated that in this digital age, the terms ‘work’ and ‘life’ were obscure, therefore the phrase “work-life balance” was somehow inopportune, especially in the IT industry. He preferred the new phrase “work-life integration”, which indicated that employees were able to feel comfortable to work with passion anywhere at any time, even at home. They can still support their family, even at work, and thoroughly enjoy family life. Mr. Quoc Hung also expressed his gratitude toward this activity: “I’m so happy, excited and proud to be on the journey of building a best place to work not only for KMS Technology, but also for our Vietnam workforce”.
