KMS Delivers Hadoop and Redis at HCMC University of Science

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – KMS Technology, a provider of offshore product development services, together with a few renowned IT companies in HCMC took part in the ‘Java – Trends and Career Opportunities’ seminar organized at the Information Technology Center of HCMC University of Science last Saturday, May 18, 2013.

At the event, Mr. Minh Tran and Mr. Duy Lam, Software Architects at KMS Technology, presented two topics named “An Introduction of Hadoop” and “Caching and IPC with Redis.” The event attracted more than 120 technical students from various local universities.

“Through sharing sessions like this, our technical experts can help equip students with fundamental knowledge of current cutting-edge technologies. And through Q&A, it helps connect the dots between education and industry in reality. It also helps the students to select and define a suitable career path for them within software development industry,” said Phong Bui, KMS’s Director of Technology.
