KMS Sponsors Barcamp Saigon 2011
Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – KMS Technology, a provider of offshore software development services, for the third consecutive year, sponsored the BarCamp Saigon 2011. A user-generated event, BarCamp focuses on technologies and IT entrepreneurship and is one of the most popular IT events in Vietnam.
Taking place at RMIT University Vietnam on July 24, 2011, this year BarCamp was seen as the biggest BarCamp ever with an attendance of about 600 participants. Many KMS employees joined this event and some hosted their own sessions about technologies such as Node.JS and Google App Engine.
“Since its first appearance in 2008, BarCamp Saigon has become the de factor event where IT entrepreneurs, professionals and hobbyists in Ho Chi Minh and even other areas of the country meet up, exchange ideas and get connected.
